Opportunity Council
Kenneth Tsukayama is an experienced administrative program coordinator at The Opportunity Council, responsible for coordinating reporting on multiple state and local government grants while creating tracking procedures, reconciling accounts, and analyzing data. Previous roles include RFP Specialist and Group Account Service Representative at Moda Health, where Kenneth coordinated proposals and served as a liaison for over 700 small businesses. Kenneth also has a diverse background in research and community engagement as a Literature Researcher and Resident Assistant at the University of Portland. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Portland and a high school diploma from Kamehameha Schools.
