Tilda Doughty is an experienced professional in early learning and family services, currently serving as the Executive Coordinator at the Opportunity Council since September 2016, after holding the position of Preschool Services Program Assistant. Tilda's prior experience includes working as a Center Administrative Assistant at Migrant & Seasonal Head Start, where comprehensive childcare services were provided to children of migrant and seasonal farmworker families. Additionally, Tilda served as the Outreach Coordinator/Program Assistant at Clothes For Kids, helping to deliver free clothing to low-income school children in Snohomish County, and as a Program Assistant in the Tech Prep program at Edmonds Community College, facilitating college credit opportunities for high school students. Tilda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Washington, with a focus on Gender, Ethnicity, and Culture.

The Opportunity Council is a private, non-profit Community Action Agency serving homeless and low-income families and individuals. Their mission is to help people improve their lives through education, support, and direct assistance while advocating for just and equitable communities.
