Alexander Carther began their work experience as a Fellow at NextGen Climate in May 2016. Alexander then worked as a Data Analysis Intern at EAB from June 2017 to August 2017. Following that, they were a Communications Assistant at the Institute for Policy Research from September 2017 to June 2018. In December 2017, they became a Research Assistant at Northwestern University and held the position until June 2019. Alexander then joined the Urban Institute as a Research Assistant in July 2019 and was promoted to Research Analyst in January 2022.
