Sindhu Lakshmanan

Sindhu Lakshmanan has a diverse range of work experience. Sindhu is currently a Senior Vice President of Development Services at Opportunity Finance Network, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Investment Officer at the same organization from June 2021 to September 2022.

From 2015 to 2021, Sindhu worked at Living Cities, where they held multiple roles. Sindhu started as an Intern in the Capital Innovation department from June 2015 to February 2016. Later, they became an Associate in Capital Innovation from March 2016 to June 2017. Eventually, Sindhu served as a Senior Investment Associate from July 2017 to May 2021.

Before their time at Living Cities, Sindhu worked as an Intern in the Metropolitan Policy Program at The Brookings Institution from December 2014 to May 2015.

Sindhu also has experience in education. Sindhu worked as an English Language Arts Teacher at Detroit Public Schools from August 2012 to July 2014. Additionally, they were a Corps Member in Teach For America from June 2012 to June 2014.

Sindhu Lakshmanan completed their Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended New York University from 2008 to 2012, although their degree and field of study during that time were not mentioned.
