Frank Grill is an experienced professional with a strong background in shelter services and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Shelter Services at Opportunity House since January 2023, Frank previously held the position of Executive Director at Hope Rescue Mission from March 2012 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing men's ministry operations, managing shelter and transitional housing programs, and staff development. Frank also has a solid foundation in marketing and finance, having worked as a Marketing/Operations Analyst at Penn National Gaming and as a Financial/Marketing Analyst at The Vanguard Group. Frank possesses an MBA in Marketing & Economics from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Penn State University.
