Prashant Patel

Prashant Patel has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Prashant worked as an Associate Manager at OpsHub, Inc. starting from December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Lead at Ishi Systems Inc. from July 2012 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for hiring engineers and managing recruitment for both India and the US & Europe offices. Prashant also led a team of recruiters and provided training to increase productivity. Before Ishi Systems, Prashant worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter - Talent Acquisition at Volt Information Sciences from August 2008 to December 2011. Prashant handled end-to-end recruitment and successfully placed software professionals across different levels. Prashant also has experience as a Senior Executive Consultant at SullivanKreiss from April 2007 to July 2008. In this role, they focused on recruiting executive-level positions in engineering and efficiently executed searches to identify and place top talent for clients.

Prashant Patel completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, from 2003 to 2006. Prashant also obtained a Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from SJM Polytechnic, Department of Technical Education, Govt Of Karnataka, from 2000 to 2003.
