Prashant Vadgaonkar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Prashant is currently the Director of Customer Success at OpsHub, Inc., a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to that, Prashant worked in Technology Consulting, Strategy, and Program Management from January 2017 to December 2020 as a Consultant. From April 2014 to November 2016, they served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Symbiosis Open Education Society.

Before joining Symbiosis, Prashant worked at Syntel Ltd., Pune, India, where they held multiple roles. Prashant was the Account Manager for Life Sciences & Pharma from July 2009 to March 2014, and earlier, they served as the Engagement Manager for Banking & Financial Services from November 2006 to June 2009.

Prashant's career started at Mastek Ltd in March 2003, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager until November 2006. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at ICICI Infotech Services Ltd from March 2001 to March 2003, and as an Associate Consultant at Global Tele-Systems Ltd (GTL) from April 2000 to March 2001.

Prashant Vadgaonkar completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Fergusson College in 1983. Prashant then pursued a Master's degree in Physics from Savitribai Phule Pune University, graduating in 1986. Later, Prashant obtained a Diploma in Business Management (D.B.M) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prashant completed this diploma program from 1990 to 1993.
