W. Jesse Sprinkle IV began their work experience in 1993 as Vice President at Renfrow Industrial. In 2007, they transitioned to OpSource Staffing Inc. where they held the role of Co Owner/CEO.

W. Jesse Sprinkle IV began their education journey in 1985 at Chesnee High School, where they completed their graduation in 1989. W. Jesse then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Wofford College, attending from 1989 to 1993. After a gap, Sprinkle resumed their educational endeavors in 2009 and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Christian Ministries from Liberty University, completing their studies in 2013.
