Ken Coyne has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ken is currently the Head of Customer Experience at OpsTalent, where they provide clients with turn-key solutions and ensures they receive innovative and cost-effective technology solutions. Ken is also a Mentor at Techstars and a Partner at Coyne Capital. Ken has been involved in organizations such as the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and Awards International as a member and judge, respectively. Ken founded the Tech People Podcast, where they interview tech entrepreneurs and leaders. In previous roles, Ken served as a CTO at Data Practitioners Ltd, a Financial Systems Consultant at Euroclear, Deloitte/Genzyme Europe BV, and Elavon Financial Services Ltd, where they implemented various Oracle applications and supported financial systems.
Ken Coyne has a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree from University College Cork, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. Ken also has a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification in Management Accounting from 2002 to 2004, as well as an ACMA CGMA certification in Accounting and Business/Management from the same period. Additionally, they are an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) from CIMA. Ken Coyne has obtained various certifications related to customer experience, including being a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and completing a Customer Experience Masterclass. Ken has also served as a judge at the International Customer Experience Awards.
