Scott Jessup

Scott Jessup has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In their current role as a Senior Advisor at Mission Innovation Network (MIN), they support early-stage companies with compelling missions by providing mission-aligned capital and introductions to world-class founders. Prior to that, they co-founded OpStart, a company that offers back office solutions as-a-service for startups and small businesses.

Scott also has a background in fundraising and corporate relations. Scott served as the Director of Regional Development and Senior Director of Corporate Relations at the University of Notre Dame, where they secured significant gifts and developed primary corporate relationships.

Before their work in the education sector, Scott held executive positions in the manufacturing industry. As the CEO of Marque Ambulance Inc, they strategically grew and optimized the value of the company, leading to a successful sale. As the President of Panoramic Corporation, they positioned the company for a successful sale to a publicly-traded dental supply company.

Finally, Scott is the founder of Business Resource Network, Inc., an M&A advisory firm specializing in representing owners of manufacturing companies in the successful sale of their businesses. Scott Jessup attended Villanova University from 1973 to 1975, where they studied psychology. Scott then transferred to the University of Notre Dame and earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from 1975 to 1977. Scott continued their education at the University of Notre Dame and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1978 to 1980.
