Lihi (Lee) Lutan is an experienced professional with a diverse work background. Lihi (Lee) is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Opstream, where they drive the transformation of procurement processes for organizations. Opstream is a platform that consolidates procurement, finance, legal, IT, security, and other stakeholders, streamlining purchasing processes and increasing control over spend. Prior to this, Lihi worked as a Consultant at LL Consulting from 2019 to 2021. In 2020, they served as the COO of Stoke Talent, where they established the US entity and operation while creating the entire flow from lead generation through sales and customer success. From 2012 to 2019, Lihi was the VP of Professional Services & Operations at Taboola, where they built and scaled the professional services and business operations organization, supporting significant revenue growth from $8M to almost $1B and expanding the company's presence from 1 office to 16 offices worldwide. Lihi (Lee) also held roles as a Senior Project Manager at Thomson Reuters from 2010 to 2012 and at Fundtech from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, Lihi worked at Cyota-RSA from 2003 to 2006, serving as a Project Manager and Customization Team Lead in the R&D Department. Overall, Lihi brings a wealth of experience in project management, operations, and leadership to their current role at Opstream.

Lihi (Lee) Lutan attended Tel Aviv University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued two degrees simultaneously. Lihi (Lee) received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University in 2002. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Tel Aviv University during the same period, specializing in Law.
