Josie Myers-Smith

Josie Myers-Smith has over 10 years of professional experience in operations, finance, and social media management. In 2021, they began working as the Director of International Operations & Finance at OpsVision Solutions, LLC. At OpsVision, they are responsible for managing and growing their support team in India, liaising with the CEO to make decisions for operational activities, planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business, and assisting with project planning and launches.

Prior to their current role, Josie was the Chief Operating Officer at Team Nonni from 2015-2018. From 2018-2021, they worked at OpsVision Solutions, LLC as an Operations & Finance Administrator and Social Media Coordinator.

In 2019, Josie worked as a Coach, Healer, and Instructor at Solistic Healing Arts. From 2012-2015, they were the Founder and Executive Director at Westie Central, Inc. formerly Westie Rescue of New York, where they were responsible for rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing West Highland White Terriers and Westie mixes.

Josie Myers-Smith has a varied educational background. Josie is currently enrolled in the University of Virginia, studying Marketing. Josie previously attended the Defense Information School, where they obtained a degree in Photojournalism & Public Affairs in 1975. Josie also attended Cayuga Community College and the University of Metaphysical Science, although they did not obtain any degrees from these institutions. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Communicating in the Language of Leadership, Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust, and Extreme Productivity.
