Dragos Cotan

Dragos Cotan has a diverse range of work experience in technical support, application engineering, and network analysis. Dragos began their career as a Senior Network Analyst at Alcatel-Lucent, where they monitored and troubleshooted various networks and ensured compliance with service level agreements. Following this role, they worked at Atos as both a Network Engineer and an Application Engineer, providing operational support for applications on Microsoft and Linux systems and working with a global team. Most recently, they have been employed as a Technical Support Engineer at OPSWAT, where they manage customer issues and ensures timely resolution.

Dragos Cotan attended Universitatea Politehnica din Timișoara from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications.
