Erik Weinbrecht

Erik Weinbrecht has a diverse work experience with various companies. Prior to that, Erik worked at Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC, where they held the positions of Manager, Brand Content and Communications, and Brand Content & Communications Specialist. In these roles, they wrote, edited, and curated copy and multimedia for the company's brand website, blogs, media partners, and social media platforms. Erik also interacted with regional affiliates and vendors to create meaningful content representing the brand on a global scale.

Erik also has experience as a Staff Writer at Unwinnable, where they contributed opinion pieces, analysis, reviews, and general commentary. Erik attended live events for press coverage and conducted interviews with industry professionals.

In addition, Erik worked as an Information Technology Consultant/Mac Specialist at DTM Consulting, LLC, specializing in Apple technology. Erik designed network infrastructure, maintained network stability, configured new users in a Microsoft Exchange environment, and provided overall IT support for workstations, servers, portables, and mobile devices in small to medium-sized business settings.

Before that, Erik served as a Mac Genius/Mentor at Apple Retail, where they were responsible for repairing relationships between clients and their technology, delivering efficient and knowledgeable service during timed appointments as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician/Apple Mobile Device Certified.

Lastly, Erik worked as a Tier 4 Support Technician at the Office of Information Technology: Montclair State University, providing technical support in both Mac and Windows environments for faculty, staff, and students on campus. Erik delivered tech support over the phone and in person, utilizing tracking systems to ensure prompt assistance for clients.
