Jason Griffo

Jason Griffo has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jason started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Tactical Network Specialist, where they played a crucial role in administering a large tactical network in Iraq and managing various network projects. After leaving the military, Jason joined PlumChoice as a Technician II, excelling in a fast-paced call center environment and providing technical support for Verizon customers. Jason then transitioned to Vertafore, where they held roles as an Associate IT Engineer and later as an IT Engineer I, leveraging their broad technical knowledge to architect custom solutions utilizing public Cloud offerings. Currently, Jason is employed at OPSWAT as a Site Reliability Engineer, demonstrating expertise in managing and improving system reliability.

Jason Griffo completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Technology from Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale, where they studied from 2014 to 2015. In addition, Jason obtained several certifications, including OPSWAT Certified Cybersecurity Associate, OPSWAT Certified MetaAccess Associate, OPSWAT Certified MetaDefender Associate, OPSWAT Certified Secure Data Workflow Associate, OPSWAT Critical Infrastructure Protection Associate, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), and CompTIA Security+ ce. Jason obtained these certifications from OPSWAT, Cisco, and CompTIA in 2020 and 2016 respectively.
