Tien Tran has a diverse work experience. From August 2013 to November 2019, Tien worked at OPSWAT. In this company, they held two positions, starting as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and later being promoted to the role of Technical Support Lead. During their time at OPSWAT, Tien provided technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the company's products. Tien also assisted technically-oriented customers in integrating OPSWAT products with their applications, using various programming languages and database management systems. Tien collaborated with different departments and platforms, conducted training sessions, and worked on certification programs. Additionally, they were responsible for managing the migration of the ticketing system from Impulse Jira to OPSWAT Salesforce. Prior to their time at OPSWAT, Tien worked as a Lecturer at HCMUP from September 2008 to June 2021.
Tien Tran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Education HCMc, VN, from 2003 to 2008. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2011, Tien pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Science - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh city.
