BYEONGMU (BRIAN) JEONG

Brian Jeong has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. BYEONGMU (BRIAN) currently serves as the Regional Manager of Sales & Marketing at Opsys Technologies, a company specializing in LiDAR solutions. In their role, they focus on business development in the Korean market and establishes networking opportunities with automotive OEMs and Tier-1s. BYEONGMU (BRIAN) is also involved in the collaborative development of LiDAR applications for robotics, drones, and various industrial sectors.

Prior to this, Brian worked as the Director of Product Management at Daejin Semiconductor, where they managed a team and oversaw overall projection business making for client-demand solutions. BYEONGMU (BRIAN) provided application engineering support and led customized developments for LGE VS and LGE H&A divisions.

Brian's extensive experience also includes serving as the Country Manager at Phantom Intelligence for seven years, and as the Sales & Marketing Division Manager at Tomato LSI Inc for eight years. BYEONGMU (BRIAN) has held positions such as Quality Assurance Team Manager at D.I Corporation and Assistant Manager at Applied Materials. In these roles, they managed quality teams, set up quality systems, and oversaw system installations and customer engineering.

Beginning their career at Amkor Technology, Brian worked as a Customer Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on process quality control and administering APQP projects.

Throughout their career, Brian has showcased their expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and project management within the technology and semiconductor industries.

Byeongmu (Brian) Jeong completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Chosun University, where they studied from 1990 to 1997. In 1996, they obtained a certification in Nondestructive Test Engineering, specifically in X-ray and Radioactive Analysis, from HRD Korea.
