Janice L. is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in quality and process engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Quality Engineer at OPT Industries since July 2024, Janice previously held the role of Senior Process Engineer in Anode Development at Form Energy, where significant achievements included the design and execution of a pilot manufacturing line that increased part throughput by 1400%.
