PAULNELSUN JOHN is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing and supporting IT systems. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Opt IT Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd since March 2021, PAULNELSUN oversees the deployment, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure, including managing 352 servers across India and leading significant projects such as Netapp migration and system upgrades. Prior to this role, PAULNELSUN worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer at Allscripts from March 2011 to November 2020, focusing on cloud enablement, hardware provisioning, and extensive server maintenance, managing over 200 AIX and Linux virtual servers. PAULNELSUN's career began at Misys Software Solutions as a System Engineer, where key responsibilities included maintaining AIX and Linux/Windows servers and various configuration tasks. PAULNELSUN holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Xavier's College.
