With over 20 years of experience in videoconferencing, Ray has seen first-hand the changes in the telecommunications industry. In the early 90’s, he spent 3 years with a worldwide banking institution’s videoconferencing grouping, implementing and maintaining the worldwide network. This experience provided him with the overall understanding of the end-user community in a corporate communications environment. Ray further developed his expertise in the industry working for a videoconference equipment reseller. Ray worked his way up from sales to sales engineer to eventually becoming the VP of Operations. Under his leadership, they developed a world-wide installation and maintenance footprint, initiated the first, with “Same Day On-Site” technical support, maintained service levels for equipment and maintenance processes for Fortune 1000 companies and built an in-house support program with an excellent tract record for meeting deadlines, outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.
