Katrin Willi-Rock

Katrin Willi-Rock is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at opta data Gruppe since October 2022, Katrin previously held the position of Senior Manager HR Strategy. From February 2017 to August 2022, Katrin was the Head of Human Resources at FMSicherheit Flughafen München Sicherheit GmbH. Prior experience includes roles at Starbucks Coffee, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager Human Resources Germany to Human Resources Manager for both the Support Center and Field, as well as a tenure as Human Resources Brand Manager at Accor. Katrin holds an educational background from Höhere Lehranstalt für Tourismusberufe Bad Gleichenberg in Austria.
