Chelsey Delmotte

Chelsey Delmotte is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in healthcare. Currently serving as an LPN and nurse supervisor at Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers since June 2007, Chelsey previously held positions as an LPN at Mercy Memorial Hospital System from 2006 to 2007, and as a CNA at Kingston Healthcare from 2004 to 2006. Educationally, Chelsey earned an LPN degree in Adult Health Nursing from Toledo School of Practical Nursing (2004-2006) and has an ongoing academic pursuit at Adrian College since 2001.
