David Birch

David has extensive experience in senior management roles. Over the last 10 years, he has been based in the Reading area, working for one of the Big Four professional services firms and more recently helping to set up the UK’s new Trade Remedies Authority, which will protect the UK from unfair trade practices in the post-Brexit world. Berkshire born and bred, he joined Optalis because he was inspired by its role of looking after some of the most vulnerable people in his home county in caring and creative ways.

David's role is to provide strategic leadership across all areas of the organization. Leading the company to develop innovative service delivery models to continue to deliver excellent services to customers, communities and shareholders.
