Borja Bares Fernández

Borja Bares Fernández is a software architect at Optare Solutions since September 2020, with previous experience as a software engineer at Imatia Innovation from September 2017 to August 2020 and as a senior programmer at SIVSA between October 2015 and August 2017. Prior to that, Borja worked as a software engineer at Human Soft, S.L. from June 2013 to September 2015, focusing on functionality analysis, architecture, use cases, database design, and integration while developing Java Enterprise Edition applications using Spring, Struts2, Hibernate, Maven, and MySQL. Borja's career began with an internship at the Universidad de Vigo from September 2008 to March 2011, including roles in IT maintenance and systems support. Borja holds a Master's degree in Intelligent and Adaptive Software Systems (2014-2015) and both a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (2009-2012) and a Technical Engineer degree in Management Computer Engineering (2003-2009) from the Universidade de Vigo.
