César Tirado Valero

César Tirado Valero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and delivery management. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Optare Solutions since July 2018, César is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and overseeing contracted projects. Prior to this role, César spent 20 years at Accenture as a Project Manager, successfully leading teams in complex development and integration projects while ensuring customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes working as an Analyst Programmer at the Instituto Ibérico de la Industria del Software, specializing in HTML, ASP, and Visual Basic. César holds a Master in Database and Systems Design, an Associate Degree in Computer Science, and has pursued additional education in Blockchain, PMI-PMP, and ITIL V3 Foundations.
