Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently, Mariana serves as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Mariana also holds the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutrióloga at a private consultation from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching as a Catedrático universitario at a training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where subjects included applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food.
