Quentin Chometon

Senior Product Manager at Optellum

Quentin Chometon began their career in 2014 as an intern at Inserm, where they conducted a study on the 5% rate in Statistics. In 2015, they returned to Inserm as an intern in the clinical team, where they provided support in project design, follow-up, statistical analysis and writing for some clinical orthopedic studies. Quentin also published one scientific paper in International Orthopaedics and cooperated with doctors to design Matlab prototypes. In 2016, they joined EOS imaging as an intern in the Clinical Study Project Management team, where they worked in the Presbyterian Hospital and in collaboration with Columbia University. Quentin set up, managed and followed-up a clinical study with 5 surgeons and evaluated spinal deformity with 3D imaging to assess how this could help surgeons better understand and treat patients optimally during surgery. In 2017, they joined Optellum as a Senior Product Manager and Technical Product Manager, and in 2021 they became an Associate at Time for the Planet, where they work to raise 1 billion euros to create 100 companies fighting against global warming.

Quentin Chometon completed a Master's degree, double degree student in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Multidisciplinary Engineering Degree from Centrale Lille between 2013 and 2018. Before that, they attended Lycée Blaise Pascal, Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles from 2010 to 2013, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering sciences.
