Ben Clark

Ben Clark currently serves as the US General Counsel at Opteon USA, overseeing the American legal & risk functions and managing the US Compliance Department. Prior to this role, Ben was the Vice President and Senior Counsel at Guaranteed Rate, where Ben managed a team of attorneys that drafted and maintained compensation plans for the company's sales staff. With a JD from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature & Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington, Ben has a strong background in regulatory compliance and legal counsel within the mortgage industry.
