Jessica Sturm

Jessica Sturm currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Property Services at Opteon USA, a position held since March 2022. Previously, Jessica held several roles at Valucentric, including Vice President of Residential Appraisal Operations and Regional Director for the Midwest from January 2017 to March 2022. Jessica's extensive experience in real estate appraisal includes positions as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser at both Chicago Appraisal Center and Elite Appraisal Center LLC, along with a tenure as a Real Estate Appraiser at Real Valuation Services, LLC. Jessica Sturm earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from DePaul University from 1999 to 2004.
