Katie Cooper

Katie Cooper has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over a decade. Katie is currently the Director of HR at Optibrium since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Optibrium from January 2022 to December 2022. Before joining Optibrium, Katie was the EMEA HR Lead at Synaptics Incorporated from August 2020 to August 2021. Katie also held various roles at DisplayLink, including Global HR Manager from July 2018 to August 2020, Senior Human Resources Manager from July 2017 to June 2018, Human Resources Manager from January 2015 to June 2017, Human Resources Advisor from January 2014 to December 2014, and Human Resources Administrator from May 2013 to December 2013. Prior to DisplayLink, they worked as a Human Resources & Development Assistant at Cambridge City Hotel (L&R) Cambridge Ltd from November 2012 to May 2013, and at InterContinental Hotels Group from August 2009 to November 2012.

Katie Cooper's education history includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, which they obtained from Anglia Ruskin University between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice at Cambridge Regional College from 2010 to 2011, with a focus on Human Resources. In 2006 to 2009, Katie attended Anglia Ruskin University, where they studied Human Resource Management and obtained their degree.
