Carmel Barel

Carmel Barel is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People at Optibus Ltd since June 2017, after fulfilling the role of People Manager. Prior to that, Carmel worked as the Human Resources Training Manager at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries for a brief period from December 2016 to June 2017. Carmel holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources from Ariel University, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
