Rayah Wright

Rayah (Smith) Wright currently serves as the Head of People for North America at Optibus and operates as a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Since joining Carta, Rayah was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, having previously worked at Unilever in various HR roles focused on supply chain, people experience, and talent advisory. Prior experience includes a Talent Acquisition Lead position at Beiersdorf and a Human Resources Associate role at Water Cooler Group. Rayah began a career in talent management as an intern at Viacom while pursuing a notable educational path, earning a Certificate in HR Transformation from Cornell University, an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Hampton University.
