JohnPaul Krez

JohnPaul Krez has worked in the esports industry since 2014. JohnPaul began as a Writing Intern/Analyst at Major League Gaming in 2014 and 2015. In 2016, they were a Content Producer Intern/EVE Coordinator at Major League Gaming | Activision Blizzard Media Networks. JohnPaul'srole included providing written content for the production of esports news segments, controlling the live insights and statistics displayed on MLG.tv's Enhanced Viewing Experience (EVE) for live events, analysis of competitive gameplay, meeting with directors/producers to discuss shows, undertaking relevant background research, and editing content and tagging videos in Final Cut Pro. In 2017, they worked as a Statistics Producer and Analyst at Major League Gaming. JohnPaul then moved to NYXL in 2019 as an Analyst/Coach, and is currently working in the same role at OpTic Gaming since 2022. Prior to their esports career, they were an Organizational Skills Intern at NYU Child Study Center in 2013.

JohnPaul Krez attended Cornell University ILR School from 2014 to 2018.
