Joel Olney

Joel Olney is an accomplished Sales Agency Owner and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the eyewear industry. Since December 2003, Joel has been self-employed and has also owned the OlneyReps Group since January 2007, focusing on sales in Northern California. Joel co-founded 7eye PanOptx in 1995, stepping back from the president role in 2001 to concentrate on sales. Other ventures include promoting the Optic Nerve brand, managing sales for Red Bull Racing Eyewear, and driving sales growth at PanOptx Eyewear. Joel's early career includes leadership roles at Cable Car Eyewear and Royal Optical Co., with a strong foundation in behavioral science from universities in California and Utah.
