Andrey Doronichev has extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Andrey is currently the Founder and CEO of OPTIC, a content recognition engine for web3 that aims to prevent fraud and encourage collaborations in the NFT space. Prior to this, they co-founded Mesto, a non-profit community for Russian-speaking entrepreneurs worldwide, where they focused on helping people build great products and grow professionally.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Doronichev worked at Google for several years. Andrey served as the Director of Product Management, leading the development of virtual reality (VR) technologies and the popular Cardboard viewer. Andrey also held the position of Head of Mobile, YouTube, where they played a crucial role in shaping the mobile and tablet product strategy, overseeing major launches such as YouTube for Android, YouTube HTML5 app, and YouTube for iOS.

In their early career, Doronichev co-founded DobryDom, an online store specializing in bedding and home textile products. Andrey also served as the Head of Product and co-founder at RIPID s.r.o, a leading property agency catering to Russian customers interested in buying property in the Czech Republic. Additionally, they co-founded Mobile Finance Management Solutions (MFMSolutions), Russia's leading SMS service provider for financial organizations.

Doronichev's career began at Golden Telecom, where they worked as a project manager. Overall, their experiences have been diverse and have contributed to their expertise in product management and entrepreneurship.

Andrey Doronichev pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 1999 and spanning until 2011. In 1999, they attended the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University) for a period of six years until 2005. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree with a focus in AVT (Automated Control Systems and Technologies). After a gap of several years, Andrey then engaged in an Executive Business Education program at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business in 2011. The field of study for this program is unspecified.
