Mikalai Rysnik

Mikalai Rysnik has a strong background in backend development and leadership roles. Mikalai is currently working as a Backend Team Lead at OPTIC since August 2022. Prior to that, Mikalai worked at Loóna from June 2021 to September 2022, where they served as both a Backend Team Lead and a Python Engineer. Before Loóna, they worked as a CTO at MVLAB from February 2020 to October 2021. Mikalai also has experience as a Head of the ASC direction at ООО "АСТ Эксперт" from August 2017 to February 2020. Their earliest work experience was as an Engineering Production Engineer at ООО СИЛТЭК, where they worked from August 2009 to August 2017.

From 2006 to 2011, Mikalai Rysnik attended Belarusian National Technical University, where they earned a specialist diploma in electrical drive and automation of industrial installations and robotic complexes.
