Michael Haymore is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in helpdesk support and administration spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior PC/LAN Administrator Manager at Optica since August 2011, Michael provides technical support for a wide user base and manages LAN operations for various devices. Prior roles include Associate Director of Information Systems at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, where responsibilities encompassed support for numerous users both domestically and internationally. Michael has also held positions in customer service coordination, technical support, and IT contracting across multiple organizations, showcasing a diverse skill set in desktop, networking, and administrative support. Michael pursued education at Montgomery College.
