Olga Raz

Olga Raz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Olga started their career as a Research and Development Engineer at Laser-export Co. Ltd in 2008 and then went on to complete a Technical Internship on Evolution Family of solid-state oscillators at Coherent Corp. in 2009. In 2010, Olga Raz joined the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics as a Doctoral Student, where they worked until 2017. Following their doctoral studies, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Faculté des sciences, Université de Neuchâtel from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to the present, Olga Raz has been working as a Sales Engineer at UltraFast Innovations GmbH. Recently, they joined Optica in 2023 as the Director of Technology for Optics and Optical Systems, where they are actively involved in various technical summits, online meetings, and corporate outreach activities. Olga'swork at Optica focuses on driving industry and academic engagement and accelerating scientific, business, and educational achievements.

Olga Raz earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Physics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Systems Engineering at Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2007 and their Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering at the same university in 2005.
