Rick Dorval

Rick Dorval has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Rick started their career as the Director of Mfg at OPTRA, Inc, where they were responsible for the production of products for Hewlett Packard and two OPTRA developed product lines. Rick then moved on to Actuality Medical Systems, Inc., where they served as the Founder and VP of R&D, overseeing daily operations, personnel management, and product development. Following this, they worked at Insight Technology, Inc. as part of the Advanced Product Development team. Rick later joined L3 Warrior Systems, also in the Advanced Product Development role. Rick then took on the position of VP of Engineering at Symbotic, a role they held until joining OPTICS 1, LLC as the Chief Technology Officer.

Rick Dorval obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. The duration of their studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute was from 1982 to 1988. Prior to attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Rick Dorval attended Goffstown High School, although the specific dates of their attendance are unknown.
