Sawyer Biron

Sawyer Biron serves as the Assistant Controller at Optics 1 since July 2023, following a tenure as Accounting Manager at medmix from July 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Marmon Aerospace & Defense, where Sawyer held positions from Plant Accounting Manager to Staff Accountant from December 2016 to July 2022. Early career experience encompasses a Student Supervisor role at Cornerstone 1926 and a Front Desk Agent position at Residence Inn by Marriott. Sawyer started with foundational roles in hospitality and administration at The Bedford Village Inn. Academically, Sawyer earned a Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in December 2022 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, completed in 2018.
