Jon Rutila

Jon Rutila, CMB has a wealth of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. Jon began their career in 1999 as Vice President, Central Division Manager for Citi. In 2008, they were promoted to Great Lakes Regional Manager for Citi. In 2009, they moved to ForeSee Results as Sales Manager and First American Mortgage Services as SVP, National Accounts Director. In 2011, they became Vice President- Correspondent Lending for Aurora Bank FSB. In 2012, they joined First American Data Tree as National Accounts Director. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Altisource in various roles, including Vice President- Mortgage & Real Estate Solution Sales, Director- Enterprise Sales, Director- Mortgage Builder Software, National Sales Director (Interim CEO)- Wholesale One Mortgage Cooperative, and Regional Director- Lender's One Mortgage Cooperative. In 2021, they were appointed President of CastleLine Holdings, LLC. Most recently, they were appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of OptiFunder in 2022.

Jon Rutila obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics/Marketing from Michigan State University. Jon also holds a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association and a Licensed Agent - Property/Casualty & Surplus Lines certification from the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services.
