Lars Hoff

Finance Director, ‘Facility, Safety and Foodservices’ at OptiGroup AB

Lars Hoff has had a long and varied career in finance. Lars began as a Squad Leader for the United Nations in 1992, then moved to Grothen & Perregaard as an Audit Team Leader in 1994. In 2001, they became the Group Controller for ISS A/S. In 2003, they were promoted to Head of Compliance and Special Task, Vice President for ISS A/S. In 2005, they moved to ISS New Zealand and took on the roles of CFO and Finance Manager. In 2009, they returned to ISS A/S as Finance Director, Vice President for Corporate Clients. In 2011, they became the CFO for Fazility Group A/S. In 2012, they took on the role of CFO for Saxo Properties A/S. In 2014, they moved to Basico P/S as a Senior Manager and Associate Consultant. Finally, in 2017, they joined OptiGroup AB as a Finance Director for Facility, Safety and Foodservices, and later as a Finance Director for Facility, Safety & Foodservices and Industrial Solutions, as well as Managing Director (acting) and Finance Director for Procurator Group.

Lars Hoff obtained their Elementary School Diploma from Gl. Holte skole between 1976 and 1985. Lars then went on to obtain their High School Diploma from Niels Steensens Gymnasium between 1985 and 1988. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Business Administration (B.Sc.) from Copenhagen Business School between 1989 and 1992. Finally, they earned their Master of Science Degree in Business Economics and Auditing (M.Sc.) from Copenhagen Business School between 1993 and 1997.
