Michael Bjergby

Michael Bjergby serves as Group CFO at OptiGroup AB, beginning in November 2024. Prior roles include M&A Advisor at Nordic Capital, Group Chief Financial Officer at SimCorp, and Senior Vice President, Head of Group Finance at ISS A/S. Michael also held the position of Vice President at Pandora and Chief Financial Officer at HTL-STREFA. Earlier in the career, roles included Regional CFO of APAC & EM at ReSound and various finance positions at GN Store Nord and Novo Nordisk A/S, concluding as Financial Analyst. Michael holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and completed CFA Institute studies from 2009 to 2011.
