Andres Olivares has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hyatt Regency, where they later became an Assistant Executive Housekeeper and then an Executive Housekeeper. In 2017, they served as a Front Desk Manager at Hyatt House. In 2020, they worked as a Housekeeping Manager at Auberge Resorts Collection, followed by a role as Assistant Front Office Manager at Fairmont Austin in 2021. In 2022, they took on a position as a Business Development Representative at Mews, and in 2023, they joined Optii as an Onboarding and Customer Success Specialist.
Andres Olivares obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Andres attended the university from 2009 to 2013. Before that, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from South Louisiana Community College, where they studied from 2009 to 2010.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Andres Olivares has obtained certifications in Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn. Andres completed these certifications in February 2023.
