Lucas D.

Lucas D. has extensive experience working as a Mechanical Engineer. Lucas started their career at Bark Video as a Co-Founder and Video Engineer in 2013. From 2015 to 2016, they held various production roles at Northeastern University. In 2015, they worked as a Freelance Videographer at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Lucas then had a Co-op position at NxStage Medical, Inc. in 2017, where they focused on upgrades to existing medical devices. In 2018, they worked as a Console Engineering Co-op at Fractyl Laboratories Inc., where they contributed to the development of medical devices. In 2019, they were a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Emphysys, Inc., where they designed and manufactured assemblies and worked on prototype development. In 2020, they joined Transport Phenomena Technologies as a Mechanical Engineer, handling various responsibilities until 2022. Lucas is currently employed at Optikos Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer.

Lucas D. completed their high school education at Arlington High School from 2011 to 2015. Lucas then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2015 to 2020.
