Vasileios Zeimpekis

Vasileios Zeimpekis is an accomplished academic and executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. Since February 2006, Vasileios has served as an Assistant Professor and Deputy Director at the DeOPSys Research Lab at the University of the Aegean. Vasileios holds multiple advisory roles, including Executive Advisor at OPTILOG Advisory Services and Chairperson of the Board at the ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ LOGISTICS. Vasileios is also actively involved in various committees and academic institutions, including the National Committee for Logistics Growth and Competitiveness and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe as a Transportation Expert. Vasileios has held visiting professor positions at several universities, contributing to postgraduate programs. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Supply Chain Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business and multiple master's degrees in relevant fields from prestigious universities.
