Erin Pender is currently the VP of Revenue Operations at Optim Health System. Prior to this role, Erin held positions such as Director of Physician Practices at Lifespan and Director of Practice Administration at University Medicine. Erin also served as a Healthcare Professional in the US Army for over a decade. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, an MBA from American Military University, and a Master's Certification in Six Sigma from Villanova University.

Together this network of highly trained medical staff and board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians offer comprehensive, specialized treatment in multiple areas including orthopedics, neurosurgery, interventional pain management, physical and occupational therapy, and athletic trainers.
