Llazi Mandra is an accomplished project and construction manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Construction Manager at Optim Project Management since April 2019, Llazi also operates as the Company Owner of Lasor Top Construct since June 2020, overseeing contracts for residential projects in Bucharest. Previously, Llazi worked as a Site Supervisor and Site Civil Engineer at Columna Design Construct from July 2016 to June 2018. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in technology and management of construction processes from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București, obtained from 2017 to 2019, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the same university, completed in 2016.
