Radu Ilie

Radu Ilie is a seasoned Project Manager at Optim Project Management since July 2019, overseeing the STEJARII COLLECTION RESIDENTIAL CLUB and ensuring compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and regulations. Previously, Radu held roles at CONARG AG, first as Site Manager, responsible for daily operations, quality control, and cost management, and earlier as Site Engineer/Deputy Site Manager, contributing to significant projects such as shopping centers. Radu's career began at Hidroconstructia SA, managing civil and hydrotechnical projects, including the world's largest lock. Radu holds a Master's degree in Construction Works Technology and Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București.
