Vladimir Samoila

Vladimir Samoila is an experienced Project Manager at ONE PM, specializing in Project and Cost Management since February 2018. Previously, Vladimir served as Construction Manager at Optim Project Management and held the position of Chef Chantier at VINCI from December 2001 to December 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity in Civil Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București, completed between 1998 and 2003, along with a degree in Mathematics & Physics from Liceul Teoretic Mihai Viteazul in 1997.
